The end of October will see a decision made on the planning permission for a new waste plant in Bradford.
The planning application was submitted in May by Pennine resource recovery and has since received no objections towards the proposed idea and has even received two letters approval.
The company want to build a resource recovery facility and an energy recovery plant in order to deal with 193,000 tonnes of household waste in Bradford every year.
A special meeting is due to be held on the 26th October where the planning permission for the plant will be determined.
The plant will be part of a 25 year £300million deal and if the application goes through it will be built at the Bradford Council owned Bowling Back Lane site, which is currently a waste transfer site and a household tip.
