A welsh man from Trethomas was caught fly-tipping in Ystrad Mynach in the south east of the country.
He was discovered by two officers of Caerphilly County Borough Council who were already investigating another instance of fly-tipping in the area.
During their investigation they spotted John Beckett dumping bags filled with soil, wood, cushions and plasterboard.
He appeared before Caerphilly Magistrates and pleaded guilty to the offence. This charge resulted in him having to pay a £200 fine, £624.23 in costs and £15 as a victim surcharge.
We are strongly against fly tipping and encourage environmentally friendly methods of waste disposal. One effective method is skip hire in Wales, whether you would like to hire a skip in Cardiff, Swansea or Wrexham, we can help.
